Shipping Cost
United States: Standard Tracked Shipping is $9.95 on orders under $59. Free shipping on orders of $59 or more applies to standard-shipping items only.
Canada, Australia and the European Union: Standard Tracked Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Other international destinations listed above: Carrier-calculated rates (USPS or DHL Express) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Express shipping (heavy or branded items)
Items marked as express shipping on the product page ship by express courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx). Free shipping does not apply to these items, and rates are shown at checkout.
At checkout you can choose duties-on-delivery (import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient to the courier before delivery) or DDP (duties prepaid; no extra charges on delivery), where offered.
If a recipient refuses to pay import duties, the parcel may be returned or destroyed, and return shipping and related costs may be deducted from any refund.

We want you to receive the correct part the first time. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.
Return Window
30 days from delivery for new, unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging.
How to Return
Email service@motivelle.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship anything before we send a return authorization and return instructions/address.
Wrong Item or Shipping Damage
If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return shipping when a return is required.
Defective Products
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Ordered the Wrong Part
Returns are accepted if the part is unused and uninstalled. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please check the OE number on your original part against the listing before ordering. We are glad to check the listing's fitment information with you before ordering.
Installed or Used Parts
Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for ordinary return. This does not prevent us from reviewing a claimed manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking
No restocking fee is charged for returns that meet the conditions above. Returns with missing components or materially damaged packaging may be refused or refunded based on the condition of the returned item.
