These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Motivelle website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.motivelle.com (the "Site"), operated by Motivelle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Motivelle sells replacement and repair parts referenced against original equipment (OE) part numbers for specific vehicle platforms. Product listings, fitment information, and installation references are provided to help you identify the correct part for your vehicle; they do not replace a qualified mechanic's judgment or your vehicle manufacturer's official service documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

4. Product and Fitment Information

We make reasonable efforts to verify OE part numbers, specifications, and installation positions before publishing a listing. Vehicle fitment can vary by production date, market, and prior repair history. You are responsible for confirming fitment against your vehicle's actual part numbers or VIN before ordering and before installation. We are not liable for parts ordered based on fitment information that a buyer failed to independently verify where such verification was reasonably available.

5. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Unless a specific product listing states otherwise, parts sold on the Site carry only the warranty (if any) provided by their original manufacturer. Motivelle does not independently extend or guarantee any additional warranty coverage beyond what is stated on the applicable product listing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, materials, and products made available through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Motivelle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, including vehicle manufacturer names and OE part numbers, are used solely to identify compatibility and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those manufacturers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, including damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to verify fitment prior to purchase or installation.

10. Shipping Availability

We currently offer checkout and shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and supported European Union countries. Availability may vary by destination and order value, and available shipping options are shown at checkout. Availability in additional countries may be introduced separately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
